I am a single girl and moved to a rental through James Pye & Son in December 2022. I was nervous moving away from my family to a totally new place but Esther and Paul were so helpful. Honestly I would recommend Paul and The Girls!!!! They were all so professional from the minute I walked through the door. My House was put on the market on the Monday and sold by the Friday. It wasn't just because the house was beautiful it was the effort and lengths Paul and The Girls went to to make it happen. Excellent service.

Would not hesitate to highly recommend James Pye to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, from initial contact to view the property to moving in day everything was quite simply superb. Paul Schofield was very pro active and incredibly reactive to any queries. Having stressed time was of the essence, their can do attitude was very impressive, they dealt with everything fast, very knowledgeable, no fuss, got the whole thing done and dusted within a few weeks. Hazel in the office was equally fast and efficient dealing with any queries and she is a huge asset to the business. Simply a first rate service, they knew what was needed and they made it happen and you can't say fairer than that ! Having dealt with many other agents over the years I have to say James Pye are a complete breath of fresh air.
